(1) To care for and protect senior citizens, the local level can establish and operate a senior citizen service center.
(2) Subsection (1). The service center can conduct the income-generating programs for senior citizens as specified.
(3) When engaging senior citizens in the income-generating program as per sub-section (2), their physical and mental condition shall be considered.
(4) The service center will be able to conduct trainings that motivate senior citizens and awareness trainings and seminars regarding the health, nutrition and proper care of senior citizens.
(5) The service center shall not involve senior citizens in the program conducted under this section against their will.
(6) The service center will work under the direction of the Central Senior Citizens Committee, the Provincial Senior Citizens Committee and the coordination of the local Senior Citizens Committee.
(7) Other work, duties, rights and standards and operation related arrangements of the service center shall be as prescribed.
